Return and Refund Policy

At Jeelo Cover, we prioritize your satisfaction. Since we deal with both protective accessories and electronics, our policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Return Window

Mobile Covers & Charging Cables: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Electronics (Earphones): You may request a return within 7 days for manufacturing defects.

Tempered Glass: Due to the nature of the product, returns are only accepted if the glass is reported as damaged upon arrival within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

For Tempered Glass, the protective adhesive film must not have been removed.

You must provide the original invoice or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Products that show signs of physical damage, liquid damage, or "wear and tear" after use.

Tempered glass that has been applied (or attempted to be applied) to a phone.

Items reported as "damaged" after the 24-hour initial reporting window.

4. The Return Process

Request: Email us at rajpurohitdineshkumar807@gmail.com with your Order ID and photos/videos of the product.

Pickup: Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup from your address in Karol Bagh, Delhi (or your registered shipping location).

Inspection: Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

5. Refunds

Approval: If the return is approved, your refund will be processed.

Method: The refund will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, Card, or Bank Account).

Timeline: It typically takes 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, we will contact you for your bank details or UPI ID to initiate the transfer.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a mobile cover for a different model/size, please initiate a return and place a new order.
