At Jeelo Cover, we aim to provide a secure and seamless checkout experience. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the following payment terms.

1. Accepted Methods of Payment

UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and BHIM.

Cards: All major Debit and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Maestro, and American Express).

Net Banking: Access to all major Indian banks.

Wallets: Paytm, Mobikwik, and Freecharge.

EMI: Available on eligible credit card transactions for higher-value orders.

2. Secure Transactions

Your security is our priority. All transactions are processed through encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (such as Razorpay, Cashfree, or PayU). We do not store your card details or bank passwords on our servers.

3. Order Confirmation

An order is considered "Confirmed" only after successful payment authorization.

Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated confirmation via email at rajpurohitdineshkumar807@gmail.com.

4. Pricing and Taxes

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless stated otherwise.

The final price shown at checkout is the total amount you will pay. There are no hidden charges.

5. Payment Failures

In case of a payment failure:

Please check if your internet connection is stable or if your bank's server is down.

If your account is debited but you do not receive an order confirmation, the amount is usually refunded by your bank automatically within 5–7 business days.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We may offer COD for select pin codes within India.

An additional handling fee might apply to COD orders, which will be visible during checkout.

COD orders may require a telephonic or SMS verification before processing.

7. Refunds for Cancelled/Returned Orders

Refunds for cancelled orders or approved returns will be credited back to the original source of payment (e.g., your bank account, credit card, or UPI ID).

For COD orders, we will request your bank details or UPI ID to process the refund.

Processing time for refunds is typically 5–10 business days after the refund is initiated.
